Wow! Rain speaks English!

Check out the international version of Rain’s track, “Love Story.” Will he give BoA a run for her money?

Rain performed his song, “Rainism” at the 7th Korea Film Awards on December 4th. In typical Rain style, there was some pelvic thrusting, some pole dancing and then for the clincher - a ripped shirt to reveal his back (oops I gave it away). Who cares about the back… what about the front? Maybe he thought that a full frontal would be too much for the conservative awards show?

We say hell, why not?

Check out the eyeliner and sweaty body of Rain. Did he even shower before this? He looks like a factory worker.

Rain and Jang Dong-gun are joined together by a single scarf for the SK Telecom’s T-mobile CF in time for the holiday season. Although the holiday season is not as big of a deal as in the west, (Christmas is generally spent with friends), it’s a cute reminder that Christmas is nevertheless just around the corner.

Jang Dong-gun hones his singing skills, backed up by Rain with the play-on-words in Korean:

A red nose from liquor is not ok
Rudolph the red nose is ok
Mountain climbing (”san-ta”) is not ok
Santa coming is ok

Like many “leaked” videos, the management companies usually deny the whole thing. But for Rain’s half naked practice video posted on some random video site, J-tunes admitted it.

Smart? Hm. Well, the fans obviously don’t mind. Many a girl must be sweating a little seeing Magic Feet’s finely cut body. As for us, we don’t want half-nakedness, we want to see the real deal with  the magic stick.

The video clip of Rain practicing the dance moves to the single, “Only you” was taped before his comeback. And just to let you know, you know, J-tunes will be releasing more video clips of his half-nakedness. So can the government stop that?

The government’s Family Health and Welfare Association has deemed Rain’s fifth album title song “Rainism” as “unhealthy media material” for the youth of South Korea. According to the tenth clause of the teenager preservation law,  lyrics or images that encourages sexual behavior amongst the young is prohibited.

The Association has forced Rain to remove the “dirty” version of the song from all music sites and charts. In addition, the Association insists that Rain must only perform the “clean version of the song on all televised programs. However, for public performances, no word yet on whether or not he will be allowed to perform the original version.

In response, J Tune Entertainment has announced that, “There was no intention of encouraging sexual behavior or other obscene acts”.

The government’s response is a bit too late. The song, “Rainism”  has been downloaded by thousands of fans. Does the government really think it has the power over the youngins by simply declaring the song is too dirty? Puleeze.  Stopping Rain’s dirty version will only light the flame of his fame.

On the same train of thought - why hasn’t the Korean government not banned any songs from the U.S.A.? Aren’t most of the hip hop/rap/pop songs all about sex, drugs, and violence? Why is “Rainism” banned and Justin Timberlake’s song “My Love” or even “Sexy back” played on all programs even as of last year?

Anyhow, the lyrics of the song will be changed from

“My magic stick is spinning in your shivering body. You can’t go beyond my body shake. Make it Rainism The Rainism. Feel my body”

to

“My body shake does not feel the boundaries. Our one and only Rainism.”

Huh?

Nick Khun of boy group, 2PM is a tiny tim compared to the giant Rain, who is a stately 185 cm tall. Granted, Nick is one step down and Rain is not wearing his man heels, but still - the boy is a very cute hobbit. And we mean this in the nicest way.
